Worked example
Losing 10 out of 1,000 packets gives a 1% loss rate. Bursty loss can harm calls more than isolated losses with the same average rate.
Interpreting the result
An estimated MOS score is not a certification of user experience. Codec, jitter buffer, devices and real network conditions affect results.
