0/5 samples received
This is the outgoing IP seen by the service. With a VPN, proxy or CGNAT, it may be shared or belong to the intermediary. Your connection may use IPv4 or IPv6; this page shows the version used for this request.
Latency measures round trips for HTTPS requests to the Cloudflare edge, including HTTP processing. It is not ICMP ping, a speed test or latency to all destinations. One warm-up request is discarded and the median uses up to five samples.
How to use this tool
Open the tool to find the public IP seen by the service and measure five HTTP latency samples. Choose Measure again to refresh.
Worked example
For samples of 20, 22, 21, 35 and 24 ms, the median is 22 ms. It reduces the influence of isolated spikes.
Interpreting the result
The IP is the outgoing address, which may reflect a VPN, proxy or CGNAT. Latency is measured to this service over HTTPS and is not ICMP ping.
